- Is SGA responsible for raising money for itself? (questionable)
- Is SGA interested in advertising itself? (supported)
During the third observation, there was no evidence that question 12 (Is SGA
responsible for raising money for itself?) should be either supported or
rejected. Fundraising was not discussed but that was probably due to the
nature of the meeting. It was one that was rushed and very little was
discussed. The planning of the president to get the SGA into an
"adopt a highway" project indicates that he is interested in the SGA
advertising itself on campus as well as in the community. The third
observation yielded evidence that the remainder of the questions continue to be
supported.
As this was meeting that was somewhat rushed, very little old business was
discussed and no new business was discussed. Therefore there are no new
questions that proceeded from the third observation.
Two taped interviews will be conducted to check the validity of these
questions. Each interviewee will be one who works closely with the
SGA. The questions which have been evaluated will be the basis for the
interviews. This list of questions is as follows.
