Change Process
This portion of the portfolio deals with the doctoral theme, Change Process. The process of change within most organizations is significantly impeded by the status quo. Organizational structure generally provides for the consistency of a workplace that does not facilitate easy change. The focus on change within cohort IX was on the responsibility to implement change initiatives in a way that facilitates participation by the greatest number of individuals within an institution. Furthermore, it had been explained that we, as individuals, are responsible for undertaking positive change even when it will mean significant against what has previously been established.
Below is a list of links to information which I have experienced as part of cohort IX that is relative to this theme. Additionally, there is a brief description of each link indicating what one will see when that link is clicked. Links are provided at the bottom of the page to provide for easier navigation throughout this portfolio.
