This portion of the portfolio deals with the doctoral theme, Self. The individual is a significant facet of professional and personal growth and the focus on this theme indicates a commitment to the positive effect that self-growth can have on an individual as well as the organization in which the professional works.

22 Keys to creating a Meaningful Workplace | This textbook discussed 22 keys which provide for a meaningful workplace focusing on the individual. |
A Failure of Nerve | This textbook discussed several topics dedicated to self including focus on oneself and the value of not over-functioning. |
Philosophies of Education | This activity required cohort members to focus on themselves in an attempt to evaluate their own philosophy of education. |
Research & Evaluation | The Work on completing a dissertation proposal yields some sense of self in that students worked somewhat independently toward their future. |
