Leadership
This portion of the portfolio deals with the doctoral theme, Leadership. The focus on leadership is a significant part of the doctorate program as Arkansas State University. Individuals are exposed to different leadership styles and dialogue concerning what are the most effective styles of leadership. The theme most focused on in my experience in the cohort is one which incorporates partnership. This implies a significant degree of shared responsibility coupled with shared rights of all individuals within the organization.
Below is a list of links to information which I have experienced as part of cohort IX that is relative to this theme. Additionally, there is a brief description of each link indicating what one will see when that link is clicked. Links are provided at the bottom of the page to provide for easier navigation throughout this portfolio.
